From Studio to inbox.

Copying rich HTML is the quickest route. These steps preserve links, spacing, imagery, and email-safe styling in the three major client families.

Gmail

  1. Export and choose Copy signature.
  2. Open Gmail settings, then See all settings.
  3. Under General, create a new signature.
  4. Paste into the signature box and save changes.
O

Outlook

  1. Export and choose Copy signature.
  2. Open Settings, then Accounts and Signatures.
  3. Create or select a signature.
  4. Paste, set message defaults, and save.
A

Apple Mail

  1. Export and choose Copy signature.
  2. Open Mail settings, then Signatures.
  3. Add a signature to the desired account.
  4. Paste it into the editor and close settings.
Image note: Local uploaded images use temporary data URLs for development. Before public launch, logos, headshots, and custom icons must use durable public asset URLs so recipients can load them outside your browser.
