Using the service
You may create lawful business signatures for yourself and people you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate others, upload assets you do not have rights to use, or create misleading links.
Purchases
An individual template purchase permanently unlocks that template. Monthly unlocks all templates and cloud organization while active. Lifetime permanently unlocks all current and future templates and the stated one-brand, 25-person cloud workspace.
After cancellation
Projects created with Monthly remain viewable and editable after access ends. Premium-template exports require renewal, ownership of that template, or conversion to the free blank layout.
Your content
You retain ownership of signature content and uploaded assets. You grant Custom Signatures only the limited permission required to store, process, render, and export them at your direction.
Email-client behavior
Email clients may alter pasted markup, block remote images, or change font rendering. Custom Signatures targets Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail, but users should test the final result in their own account.
